Licensing

Getting Your First License

Whether you’re interested in having back-up communications, want to chat with folks here or across the globe, want to experiment with digital communications, or just want to see how far you can talk to people without relying on the phone system, Amateur Radio is a great life-add. The FCC has removed the morse code requirements for all license classes, so now it’s easier than ever to get your license. Let us know if you’re interested and we will do our best to help you along your journey toward your “Ham ticket”. Follow the links below for more information on the different types of license classes and how you can become an Amateur (“Ham”) Radio Operator or contact us for additional information.
